Jennifer is a Personal Trainer from Sydney Australia. She has worked in fitness for over seven years and specializes in one-on-one yoga, weight loss, circuit training, core stability and boxing for fitness. Jenn takes a Holistic approach to health and fitness. She believes that exercise should be fun and stimulating for the mind, body and the soul.  She believes that each session should be challenging as well as invigorating so that clients leave feeling good about themselves and what they have achieved. She works hard to make each training session as enjoyable as possible because when you enjoy something the results come more naturally.

Each session with Jenn is filled with variety and covers all the important aspects of a well-rounded exercise programme – cardio-vascular fitness, strength, toning, stability and flexibility.

She takes an individual approach to each client identifying what motivates them to move.  In this way she is able to deliver programmes that are relevant to the needs and interests of her clients.

Personal Yoga Sessions:
Jenn arrived in London after studying yoga in India. Through her training and personal practice Jenn has developed a dynamic style of Vinyasa Flow yoga that will leave you feeling strong and refreshed in the mind body and soul. Personal Yoga Sessions are tailor made to suit each individuals ability and objectives. They range from energizing and physically challenging to gentle and restorative.
