I am a highly motivated, dynamic individual who strives to achieve the goals I set, together with my clients. My method of training is always progressive. I believe that having a good foundation is the key to advancing quickly and more importantly, injury free. Therefore, the study of movement of the body has been a natural path for me to follow.
I specialise in a range of aspects of exercise and fitness. From posture correction, weak point training and improving stability of joints and muscles, to muscular endurance, power and explosive strength
Exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle and should be included in everyones routine. Some people like to exercise gently, some like it to be intense. Whichever is your preference, I can put you through your paces and also add that extra touch that seems to be missing from most workouts…fun!
