My mission is to help others reach their fitness goals and enjoy a more active and energetic lifestyle. My values and objectives when training are to: Safely deliver effective training programs that target the results my clients seek. Inspire my clients to challenge themselves and make healthy lifestyle changes. Maintain my clients target results (at a minimum), by educating them on how to do it themselves.
Whether you’re new to personal training, or have been training for years, I’m confident in my ability to look at your training in a new perspective. Together we will develop innovative, fun and goal focused work-outs. We'll also measure your progress and actively reach your results. The key elements of focus when training with me include strength and core conditioning, nutrition planning, increasing flexibility and improving balance and postural efficiencies. I cater to busy lifestyles, emphasize the importance of regularly changing your routine and also recognize that even small things make a difference!
I’m originally from Perth (Western Australia) and have been training and studying fitness over the last 3 years. In addition to being a health and fitness fanatic, I’m also a professional jazz musician and teacher.For the last 10 years I have been working with groups and individuals from a wide range of ages and abilities. I strive to motivate others and am an advocate for personal growth.
