Personal Training in Notting Hill
Personal training is the ultimate gymnasium experience. Our objective at BodyWorksWest is to provide the most supportive and effective workout environment with Personal Training at its centre. We do this by providing all members access to a team of highly skilled, personable and professional staff who are on hand from morning to night.
A BWW membership contains a number of inclusive personal training sessions. Three sessions on joining are then followed by one personal training session a month whilst you’re still a member. However, additional sessions can be purchased at any time for those that want further guidance and support.
Personal training is built around each members wishes and needs and can vary in content to include anything from weight training to pilates, to circuit training, to swimming, to boxing, to yoga and many more.
All of the Personal trainers at BodyWorksWest are more than well qualified but the team contains a selection of differing personalities and personal training styles. This means that everybody is catered for, no matter their level of fitness, experience or specific requirements.

- Level 3 Diploma in Sport and Fitness Therapy Techniques
- Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology
- Level 3 Diploma in Non-Medical nutritional advice John specialises in body aesthetics and transformation.
