Getting ready for a little ski action? Your mind is all
fired up but will your body feel the strain?
The Ski-Fit Training programme at BodyWorksWest will help minimise those day after aches and pains, so you can gracefully and athletically hit the slopes and fully enjoy that adrenalin rush.
Our programme comprises ten 30 minute sessions and combines cardio, strength and balance. Did you know that a full day’s skiing burns those calories, so it's a good idea to build your cardio strength, and working on core stability will help you ski faster, and across more challenging terrain. Your turns should also improve, as a strong core will help keep your weight centred.
