To stop members repeating an ineffective routine, our complimentary personal training ensures a tailored workout that keeps your specific goals in mind.

Three sessions within your first month of joining are then followed by one personal training session a month with additional training packages available on request.

We are extremely proud of our personal trainers, all of whom bring their own specific wealth of experience to provide you with an unrivalled variety of training. We offer a variety of ways you can benefit from your PT including yoga, pilates, boxing and swimming.
