Give yourself a challenge

Now January has gone and spring is around the corner, have you thought about setting yourself a new fitness challenge?
This could be running a 5k, doing a triathlon, cycling to work and back or even coming to the gym once more every week.
Choose a challenge that motivates you to attack it. Make sure it’s realistic and most of all have fun during the process of achieving it.
Good luck in whatever you choose.
