Discipline
Several times over the last few months, I went into serious food binges and experienced many carbohydrate comas. Even when I knew my stomach had reached its stretch limit, I convinced myself i could make room. The nauseous feeling and inability to move would make me tell myself “never again!”. However, that temptation always comes back, sometimes I can fight it, sometimes I just give in (then I go and do an extra hard workout!).
It all comes down to discipline. We all possess it but some find it more difficult to use than others.
Having discipline is a crucial factor to obtaining your goals whether they are career related or more relevantly, to achieve our fitness goals. Discipline requires preparation and determination. When you want to achieve something, only hard work and dedication will suffice.
As Adidas puts it – impossible is nothing. Regardless of whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or just simply exercise to change your lifestyle. A little more discipline goes a long way to helping us achieve what we want for ourselves.
As I write this, ive started to daydream about how good it would be to eat a family bucket from KFC. I will not eat it though!
